Privacy policy
What we collect
The video links or files you send us, the optional video type you choose, your account email and plan if you subscribe, and basic server logs.
How we use it
Only to process your videos, make the results available for download, provide support and, if you opt in, send occasional product updates. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your videos to train AI models.
Retention
Uploaded videos and generated files are deleted 30 days after processing, or sooner if you delete them from your account. You can request deletion at any time.
Payments and sign-in
Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe receives your card details, billing name, address and email; we receive your email, plan and payment status, never your card number. We use your email to recognise your account and, when you ask, to send a one-time sign-in link. Sign-in uses a secure cookie that keeps you signed in on that browser for up to 60 days.
Processors
We use cloud hosting (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email delivery and AI model providers to run the service. They process data only on our instructions.

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].
